Half-Day Fire Marshal Training Course
The Half-Day Fire Marshal training course is designed for all levels of staff who have fire safety responsibilities and who may need to safely operate fire extinguishers.
This course is run by fully qualified instructors and provides the underpinning knowledge to meet the legal requirements of those employees who are nominated as fire marshals.
All students who attend the course will receive a certificate of attendance and a free Fire Risk Assessment CD ROM.
The course consists of:
Triangle of fire
Common causes of fire
Chemistry of fire and how fire spreads
Action on discovering a fire
Fire extinguishers: Theory
Fire extinguishers: Practical
Fire precautions regulations/legislation
Hazard spotting/hazard reduction
Daily and Weekly Fire Checks
Fire Notices
Safety features within buildings
Record Keeping
Calling the Fire Service
On completion of this training session, delegates will have a clear understanding of their roles as Fire wardens within the context of their own company. All delegates receive a certificate of attendance, a free fire risk assessment CD ROM and a comprehensive course handbook.

Fire Marshal Training Courses are run in London, Kent, East Sussex, Essex and Surrey.
